Bank Reconciliation
We will work with you to determine the best way to obtain and store your business transaction information. During this process we will make sure all invoices, expenses, and payments put into to the accounting system and aligned with your bank and credit card accounts.
Accounts Payable
There are three main parts to the accounts payable process; receiving the vendor invoice, documenting the invoice in the accounting system, and setting up payment to the vendor. Alek Daniel will work with you to make this portion of your business and easy and efficient as possible. We have multiple techniques which will keep your desk clean and your bills paid on time.
Sales Tax Filing
Based on the frequency of your required sales tax payments, Alek Daniel will prepare the necessary documents in order for you to make the payment to the state. You will always be on time with no issues.
Billing & Collections
If your company is having trouble posting cash to the accounting system, invoicing customers, or receiving cash. Alek Daniel will be able to assist with these processes as needed.
